ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Cherie' Cassara. I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I work with individuals, couples, families and groups. I have been trained in both Gottman and Emotionally focused for couples. I am a trauma specialist certified in EMDR. I offer a safe, peaceful and non-judgmental environment with the goal being to inspire growth to discover a new way to cope from within to be able to live a more resilient life. I specialize in all relationship difficulties.
I received my Bachelors of Arts Degree from Vanguard University of Southern California in Clinical Psychology and went on to earn a Masters of Arts Degree from Azusa Pacific University in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy.
For those interested in office based services, I offer my services in a peaceful office in Lake Forest, California on a horse ranch. I also offer my services for Equine Assisted EMDR at the ranch with an entire herd of horses.
